What data we process
Through the enquiry form we process the data you provide yourself:
- full name
- type and planned date of the event (optional)
- email address
- phone number (optional)
- the content of your message
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer, based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Should we go on to work together, we continue processing your data for the performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
By submitting the form you also give consent to processing your data for the purpose of handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you may withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Retention period
Data from an enquiry that doesn't lead to a booking is kept for no longer than 12 months from submission.
If we go on to work together, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for as long as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax rules, typically 5–10 years).
Who we share data with
To run the site and deliver enquiries we use the following processors: Resend (delivering the enquiry form email) and Vercel (website hosting). Photos and video on the site are served from Cloudinary.
We do not pass your data to any third party for marketing purposes and never sell it.
Cookies
The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. The form includes a hidden technical field used only to block automated spam; it does not identify people and does not process personal data.
Security
The site runs exclusively over a secure HTTPS connection, and only the controller has access to submitted enquiries.

In connection with this processing, you have the right to:
